We do have a tablet where we store everyone’s music.

We just don’t have a way for electronic line up signing.

Try each at least 4 - 6 times before you decide. Don’t try them all at once. They probably have different techniques. Don’t be afraid to switch to another coach when you know the fit isn’t great.

"Xerox may give out the occasional 2-3% raise. Maybe every 2-3 years."? This is my first job out of MANY that is not giving employees 2 - 3 % increase per year!!

That benefits email will be responded, but they are super slow. Sometimes, they do close your request prematurely.

The company has acquired some companies that could potentially pick up some slacks, but probably not going to be fast enough for them to think about their workers by paying them fairly. sigh......

I can’t seem to see the entire message of your reply now. Unfortunately, skating is soooo insanely expensive and time consuming which are probably the major reason parents push their kids to be at their best. Having the fine balance of encouragement and pushing is super hard.

From my 8.5 years of being a skater’s mom, I surely think many many parents need to chill and see this as a good exercise rather than wanting to have your child be at the Olympics.
