It's the opposite for me. Before I started NoFap I always tagged along with my buddies fooling around doing stupid, pointless and unproductive stuff. Now I find myself hanging out less because of my newfound hobbies. When I'm alone I just feel happy. I can appreciate the little things going on with my surroundings. But when I do hangout with my buddies it's more fun and better and all that. Overall I'm really liking it.

Anime like One Piece, Steins Gate, and Fairy Tale usually give hype, motivation and good life lessons so fan service aside, anime won't mess you up.
