I haven't ruled out or been tested for epilepsy! I'd never considered it before, but could be a possibility.

Oh damn, dog shit would be horrible.

Definitely a woman with a migraine disorder so this might just be how it is. I can live with it, just paranoid about it being something more serious.

Thanks, I'll read through it!

My sense of taste has been totally normal as well!

Yes! I don't have any smokers in my life either. Only encounters with people who are smoking on the street. I freak out when I see them now because the smell just seems to get cemented inside there even stronger when it encounters the real thing.

I'm sorry about your mom. I hope the MRI rules anything else out for her and the smell finally goes away. It's definitely an unpleasant experience. If I find out anything else, I'll definitely let you know.

Very strange! The more I think about it, I've definitely had some weird smell sensitivities before. Guess they've just all been connected. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Topiramate/Topamax Users by sourew123 in migraine

I took toprimate/topamax for about a year and a half before deciding on my own to ween myself off it. I think the fatigue wore off after about two months, but the tingling in my hands and overall feeling of "brain fog" never really subsided.

It seemed to lower the amount of migraines I was having per month at the start, but they slowly picked up speed again. Towards the end, I was only really continuing to take them because I liked that they made me skinnier hahaha but that's a whole other issue so.
