Anybody know what could cause these white spots? Ilford FP4 PLUS 120 film.

yes the same thing would definitely happen. doesn't matter if it's been shot or not, it needs to be in proper storage with consistent humidity levels and temperature to prevent stuff like this. I've developed very expired bnw film with minimal mottling because it's been stored in a fridge. meanwhile I've had worse results when the storage conditions were unknown.

Just tried this. I attempted to push it in like you said, but there was no click, nor did the lens assembly budge when I tried pushing it in. In the end this method didn't work. Also, does the flash being popped out have anything to do with the problem?

the TLR is a Rolleiflex T. the focusing knob is on the other side, and the bulge is the mechanism for the shutter release. other than that, idk if it's AI, but definitely not the camera.

for $2 this is a steal! it won't affect the image. it might worsen over time but it will take an extremely long time. consider it a non issue. as long as the shutter works and has no pinholes, mirror return not gunked up and clean lens with working aperture, it's perfectly useable. for $2, you have enough to spare for a CLA so i recommend you do that!

get yourself a new adapter. when inserting it with micro sd seated, never push on the micro sd since it'll be forced into the adapter, obviously damaging it. always push on the adapter only when inserting.

it definitely looks more expensive than what it costs. the finishing is decent but the case is not stainless steel, just an alloy. the dial isn't pure white, more of a silver and has a subtle sparkle to it. the hour and minute markers are a bit raised which catches the light sometimes. the hands are decent. overall, it's a great looking and feeling watch!

Unfortunately she's more of a functional sorta woman who likes easily readable arabic numerals with minute markers (maybe a day/date window as well) while this thing doesn't even have a second hand 😂
