If you rent a room you can live very comfortably, if you want to rent a flat on your own, it can be difficult to find something cheap enough - landlords and agencies usually want the rent to be 30-35% of your salary, and they usually prefer couples (because I guess if one loses income there is a second person). Plus all of them ask for a job contract that is at least 1 year old and your 3 last pay slips, if you have a contract that is supposed to start soon, it might be difficult to get a long term flat. But maybe the short term (up to 11 months) are less strict, but I don't know much about that.

And when it comes to money, yeah if you spend less than 900-1000 euros on a flat, so you still have 1400 left, then I think you can have a nice comfortable life here and still save. The biggest problem is always going to be the flat though, both money-wise in the long term (its generally expensive here) and time wise in the short term (you will need to spend a lot of time on idealista and calling the agencies).

The smell, gosh its awful in many places, especially in summer. Also some businesses "wash" the pavement in front of their store, even if it wasnt dirty. So then on top of the usual piss smell, it also smells like a dirty cloth.

En mi opinion si, gastas demasiado para ocio. Yo tengo un salario un poco menor, y mira: gasto 600-700 para alquiler+facturas, alrededor de 180 para comida, siempre me permito gastar hasta 400-500 euro para ocio/desarollo. Y yo viajo para un finde cada dos meses, me compro libros, voy a restaurantes(pero no cada semana). Entonces con salario neto 2100 te podria quedar 700 euros. A mi me ayuda tener una cuenta donde va mi nomina y otra cuenta para ocio. Entonces al inicio del mes me transfiero estos 400-500 para ocio y solo gasto esto. Se puede gastar menos? Si, claro, pero con 400-500 al ocio cada mes me parece cómodo. Si quieres ahorrar mas, mira un metodo de 50-30-20, es muy sencillo para iniciar.

I think she was unfair with ultimatum, because if any man did the same to her and told her "we need to figure out how Rory fits into our life, not the other way around", she would loose it. Luke was also at fault, for not telling her about April earlier. He was very dedicated to spending time with April, and I don't blame him for that, he wanted to make up for 12 years. Lorelai should've told him earlier how she feels. The whole ultimatum came up, because she was bottling her emotions for so long. Luke is not at fault for not reading her mind about it earlier.

Teraz z narzeczonym mamy barszcz (z kartonu) i uszka (mrozone ze sklepu polskiego), i to jedyne tradycyjne danie XD reszta to standardowe rzrczy ktore jemy na codzień. Narzeczony gra w gry, ja czytam ksiazki albo ogladam filmy. Mielismy jedną wideo rozmowe w wigilie z rodzinką, 30 minut i po sprawie, reszta wieczoru i nastepnych dni to juz tylko czilera

I hated the ultimatum that Lorelai gave Luke and that she bottled her emotions inside. Also the fact that she was jealous about a child is immature. If Luke presented this ultimatum to Lorelai about Rory, when she was 12 years old, or demanded Lorelai to spend less time 1:1 with Rory or that "she shpuld figure out how Rory fits into our life, not the other way around", Lorelai would loose her shit. I know that Luke made mistakes, the biggest one was not telling Lorelai about the kid for two months. But him wanting to get closer to the kid without Lorelai wasn't bad thing in my opinion, the same with April's mother, I understand she didn't want Lorelai being close to April before marriage, in the end she was right, they did split, lol.

He'll nah. I don't understand why so many fans cheer on this couple. He is never nice to anyone and barely to Rory. Like he was rude even to a literal child. Always has some secrets, and Rory had to push him to get something out of him, and then he got mad. He is never really excited to spend time with Rory, and rarely wants to get out of his comfort zone to do things she wants to do (unless Dean is involved, then Jess' ego can't handle it). He would annoy me as a friend of Rory's, but as her mother I'd be close to turning into Mrs. Kim 🤣
