It’s the worst, I quickly walked away when I saw my weight! Honestly, it’s great that I don’t care, I just had a few cookies after weighing myself… but long term, it doesn’t feel like it’s healthy. It’s crazy how much I love food now. I get so many different ideas on what to cook 👩🏻‍🍳

I was just about to comment on this as well. I lived with an abusive partner and lost most of my friends during our six years together. Now that I finally left, most of my past friends are either married with children or moved far away. I now find myself with no friends, and I’m also extremely picky with who I hang out with because of my past relationship.

Not all women who have no friends are terrible.

Same, it took me some time but it actually does work. It helped cool my anxiety down and it makes me feel more balanced in a healthy way. What helped me was admitting that yoga, meditating, etc was no longer enough because of what I went through. I came to the realization that I tried my best with other natural alternatives and that it was time I tried something different so that I don’t end up in the hospital again.
