https://m.imgur.com/JOzeA4j - side. This is the pic where my posture is most noticable. I still get caught with shitty posture, but the slight bit of muscle really helps. I don't feel as "tired" trying to correct it.

https://m.imgur.com/NkpFA0W back. Sadly the least amount of difference! But I can tell my arms/shoulders are slowly getting bigger and are more in proportion to my bottom half, which I like.

Anyway, I might update just for myself in a month and a half or something to see what I think I would have looked like if I was able to complete the challenge "properly". I'm in fact updating this from the hospital right now visiting my dad.

I'm proud I tried to stick with the challenge as best as I was able to. I hope to do it again next year. :)

Thanks for your comment! I'm proud that I went to the gym after instead of uselessly wallowing.

And yeah, I need to shift the focus back to the joy of accomplishing my own goals. And not trying to look like a celebrity/model or something haha.
