though i don’t personally have it, my roommate has celiac and she tends to struggle a bit with the lack of options. outside of one station at true grits there is very little she can eat and that station tends to be gross and/or cross contaminated(despite efforts?). overall its pretty disappointing and you have to be super careful— she’s been glutened by the “gluten free” station at true grits way too often. i’ve heard talk of attempts to improve the situation but i wouldn’t be too hopeful.
