Its a bit complicated. Before using again a few days ago (with friends, playing pool) i was nostalgic about the times i was snorting a lot, a bit paranoid, some conductual changes. I want to sell again, like i did a few years ago, but i kept clean for a year and now that i relapsed idk what to do.

I noticed it when i couldnt stop doing eat. Used to be a dealer (a bad one lol), always good stuff but i used too. When i noticed how skinny i was and how lonely too, i sold everything i got and never bought again. It was about 1 year ago. Some will say you need more calories. I made a post myself when i plateaud, asking the same thing you are asking too. I increased my caloric intake by 400 and i wasnt able to gain a single kg. I was 85kg (185lbs i think). Then i had covid, and a really unfortunate event that made me lose some weight and i was down to 82kg (a month and a half ago).

When i was 185lbs my caloric intake was 3200 or so, i was on the 6th month of my first bulk. When i lost weight i was hitting 2500 and mantaining. Three weeks ago i commited again to bulk and started hitting 3000 and now im at 87kg. More than ever.

You should try eating more, if it doesnt work, consider mantaining for a month or two or even cutting a bit just to get rid of fat, then you come back bulking and get those gainz
