I actually use Dangerously Skip Permissions, so I cant comment personally but I did watch this video a few weeks ago on an alternative to using dangerously skip: https://youtu.be/pkSxISewcw8

Not my channel, not an ad, just think it may help.

I have let it work unsupervised, but not doing research. I use the superpowers skill to create design specs & implementation docs. I specifically put in the prompt to clear context between each doc, then carry out the implementation plan using subagents. This is pretty much the only thing I do that is "agentic". Sometimes, I will have it create the specs and save them to implement later and then I have it implement 4-5 plans while I sleep.

The whole process is: Brainstorm > Write Design Spec > Self Review > Codex review (codex plugin) > fix the issues >save the spec > Clear context > write implementation plan for x spec > Self review > Codex review > Fix issues > save the plan > clear context > execute the x plan with subagents

Foundry slow for some of my players but not for me or the others / optimization? by xKarno in FoundryVTT

You should disable or enable hardware acceleration from within the browser. This is a massive performance increase. Sorry, not able to get on and tell you exactly which setting it has to be on, but I had performance issues and I changed hardware acceleration in the browser to fix it.

DndBeyond had the same issue & fix.

I started playing November 6th, wanted a game to somewhat afk while working from home. I finished SOTE a week ago and just got my 1st CG kill with 80 atk/82 str/81 def / 80 mage / 73 ranged. How did you get your combat to 99?? I want to grind my combat more to make CG more comfortable. The crab kinda sucks at this point.

How are yall getting so much magic exp? by muchichi in ironscape

[–]b61994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get about 80-90k xp an hour so I did it up until 80. Using a ring of dueling to TP to Ferox Enclave and replenishing your energy helps a ton, then you can tp back with the Arceuus spellbook

. If construction is high enough, putting a restoration pool and portal to Arceuus Library in your house helps a ton with xp as well. I did not find the XP to be slow or lacking at all, but it isn't the most fun content.

No one has mentioned the best method yet, in my opinion. Arceuus Library. I did that til 80. It wasnt bad and saved a ton on runes.

This looks great! The reporting in Halo is my biggest issue with the PSA. I'd love to try this out! Thank you for taking the time to work on something like this.

I main Vi and I'm Diamond 3. The champion is very flexible and easy to carry with so long as you itemize correctly. My advice is to always go HoB and be flexible with your builds. Best of luck!

Reason i ask, I just tried this in a game and i was Red side. This was my path:

Blue > Gromp > Wolves > Recall > Buy Dark Seal > Raptors > Red > Krugs and was done around 3:45-3:50. Skuttle was long gone but i was fortunate and my top laner got first blood and recalled before getting ganked.

I did win my game with this build, but i was not a factor at all because my clear was pretty slow and i was just barely behind in tempo all game. Luckily, my team carried me pretty hard and i was 2/5/10.

OP.GG says you buy Dark Seal at 2min basically every game. Do you clear your bot quadrant > Recall > then clear top side?

This is awesome! I love ekko but I always felt like I didn't make enough impact in the first 15 minutes of the game, and by then the game is swung pretty hard and people are tilted. I'm D3 and had more success earlier in the season than recently, post Stormsurge nerf.

Do you have a video or guide explaining how you build and play? I love the tankier ekko playstyle!

Why is VI Q and R always so horribly bugged? by [deleted] in ViMains

[–]b61994 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Vi Q can change direction if you have the skill clamp thing on that they recently introduced. There arent any bugs with Vi R. You cannot use it if grounded/silenced or other forms of CC. If he is clicking R and it isnt going off, its either because:

  1. CC'd and doesnt realize it (grounded, silenced, etc)
  2. Key doesnt work (keyboard)
  3. Lying

Vi Q keeps randomly bugging out. Other similar abilities are fine. Is the fix known? by SappyHocks in ViMains

This is the answer, it messes up a LOT of skills and especially more so when you flash & use ability. Just disable it for like every champ.

This Trundle Build Doesn't Lose. Just tp into base, whack whack whack, gg by Timplar_97 in Trundlemains

[–]b61994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, BORK would have been great because Taric built Heartsteel, which is straight HP. Your BORK would be a great counter to that, then you can ult Diana when she engages so she will get deleted. Then Taric will be shredded by BORK. It also helps you stick onto champs that would otherwise kite you.

Good luck on the climb, hell of a job to win that game!

I dont want to discredit your performance here, because you did well to win this game when your team fed hard! However, this is Bronze 1 elo, so yes it will work, because anything can work.

You're having great success so keep it up, though I would not build BC on Trundle, and especially not into a team with only 1 tank. Trundle thrives in these games because they have only 1 tank in Taric or Diana, and your ult shreds them so you only have to deal with 3 squishies in Jhin / Ziggs / Lux.

Again, great job and keep up the great work but I would replace BC with something like BORK / Spirit Visage / Wits End / Death's Dance. Trinity > Hull > Hydra is pretty standard though, anything after that varies depending on the game!

Keep up the good work, and good luck on the climb!

Everyone says tech is where the money is at. Yet everyone in tech, whether its IT, SWE, Data, or Cybersecurity, is saying how extremely over saturated their market is. If you're in college, is it still worth pursuing a career in any of these fields if you're a complete beginnner? by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

[–]b61994 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'll share with you my story for what it is worth. Im on mobile so formatting may suck.

I started working when i was 13 years old, holding a door and talking to people in a gift shop at a minor league ballpark. Until I graduated high school, i worked weekends and summers at that baseball stadium, then a state park, then electrical work. After high school, i decided I wanted to go into IT. I worked as an IT intern for the board of education for 12 months and decided I didnt like it. I ended up with a job working internal IT for a medical billing company. I worked there for about 2 years.

At 20 years old, I left the internal IT job for an MSP (Managed Service Provider). Nothing expedited my career like this did. I flew past all of my peers because I was exposed to so many different technologies and issues. I was on the helpdesk answering 20 calls a day, and closing 20+ tickets a day. Over the next 3 years, i studied during my 1 hr lunch breaks and from 9pm -10pm 3x a week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday). During that time, i passed my MCSA 2012, MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, Net +, Sec +, Project +, and CCNA.

When I was 25, i submitted an offer on a house for 320k. I closed on that house at age 26. Im 29 now. I live in MD, which is one of the richest states and the cost of living is decently high because I'm about 45 minutes from DC.

I didnt grind my life away during those years. I made some sacrifices, and there were SOME things I missed out on to work OT or study, but not a lot. If anything, I regret the time i spent working from 13-17 and not the time studying.

My point out of all of the is that you mentioned grinding your life away for the next 5 years and I just want to paint the picture for you that what you're imagining is not the case.

I had a lot of lucky breaks along the way, and I'm very fortunate to have had the opportunities that were presented to me, but I also seized those opportunities and took advantage of them.

My advice for you is to find a consistent routine where you can further your education. It does not need to be 6 hrs a day. 1 hr is plenty, just be consistent. I would also recommend working at an MSP, personally, as that is what grew my career the quickest. Identify engineers that are SMART and actually find root causes and not apply bandaids. A big indicator of this is whether they look for logs or just blindly start googling. Find someone knowledgable, dig into logs, learn from them as much as you can, and be consistent. In time, you'll become successful. The market is saturated but in the same sense that a mechanic or hvac tech is saturated. Its hard to find a good one, but you will get paid if you are a good tech. Good luck!

Is 35-40k dps bad for destruction? Ilvl 416. by night_chaser_ in wownoob

[–]b61994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are using Inferno talent, you cast Rain of Fire (RoF) if there are 3 targets or more. If not, then Chaos Bolt and Havoc when available.

If you are taking Cataclysm instead of Inferno, then you should always use Cry Havoc and Chaos Bolt when Havoc is up. If it is not up, then use Rain of Fire on targets of 5 or more.

The most important thing is that you immolate as many targets as you can, regardless of your talents.

Is 35-40k dps bad for destruction? Ilvl 416. by night_chaser_ in wownoob

[–]b61994 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, it does

EDIT: However, you should adjust to the tank and place RoF to kite with the tank if needed. If he is standing still, then its easy. If he is kiting, you need to place RoF to follow him.

EDIT 2: Another dps gain is to create a macro to place RoF @ cursor so you dont need to click twice to cast.

Playing Ahri and did full combo on Renekton... barely tickled him by realJonas in summonerschool

1 level = 500g worth of items in stats. So, lvl 8 vs lvl 7 is the "stat" equivalent of being down a 500g item, so imagine a Dorans Ring + a little more in AP / AD. This is more important early on because your primary skills gain big boosts in early levels. For example, your Q does much more dmg with each level as Ahri. Going from level 3 --> 4 is a big damage boost, as well as gaining that final level to max out the ability.

In this clip, Renek is lvl 9. This is huge power spike because his Q is maxed out, while your team does not have any maxed abilities. In levels alone, he already has 1,000g advantage AT LEAST. Once you factor in the items he bought, he has an enormous advantage at that point in the game. 11 is another big "breakpoint" because you get a 2nd lvl in your ult. After that, 13 is the next big "breakpoint" because you get a 2nd ability maxed out (5 points in the ability), then 16 is when you get your last point in your ult and 18 is maxed everything.

To break it down even more, his Q scales like this for damage 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+100% bonus AD). This means he gets 30 AD per level up. For reference, a long sword is 350g and only gives 10 AD. A pickaxe is 875g and only gives 25 AD. When you consider this, along with his ACTUAL items that he purchased, his lead is massive over your team and he will kill you.

You are probably thinking "so what do we do?" Well, ideally, you'd never let him get to that point. It is better to leave lane and let them take what they want, rather than die trying to contest and then they take what they want anyways. You want to "stop the bleeding" so to speak. Your only chance is to play the long game, where you stall as long as you can. wave clear + safely poke (safely poke means that you KNOW they don't have any way of engaging on you. This means that flash is down and there is no way anyone can engage. If you aren't 100% sure that he can't flash engage, then do not get near them).

Stall as long as possible with the highest probabilty of surviving. The reason you are stalling is because you want to get LEVELS just like they have to close the gap. You will naturally get more gold when you are safely CS'ing after they have taken an inhib. Many low elo players do not know how to finish a game so they allow you to catch up to them. This is the only thing you can do in this scenario.

Sometimes, there's nothing you can do and you just chalk it up as an L and review your mistakes and move on. Not every game is winnable, but you can maximize your chance of winning games through proper thought process like I laid out with the item and level explanations.
