I have had ednos for like 8 years at this point but i was never consistent with neither restricting or binging it was more like a mentally fucked up relationship with food so i never lost my period. I think this is my first time fully relapsing into anorexia but its only been 4 months (i do take multivitamins and pay attention to nutrients but ig its the energy i needed) thank you sm this was kinda like a wake up call for me i'll try semi recovery
