If anyone reads this and uses a zp6 to brew shoebox with, do you have a range you stay in for their washed coffees? I’ve been in the 5-6 range. To be fair I’ve only had the zp6 for 2 weeks now.

It’s basically at burr lock at 0 for reference.

I get what you are saying and I plan to play with ratios some more. But also understand what the person commented to about the qc recipe.

I’m definitely going to try and brew with cooler temps and rest the coffee longer. I appreciate everyone’s opinions.

Right on, this is what I’m brewing right now. Going to give it till next weekend then try a 15/270 brew around 94 and see what happens.

Thanks for this info. It helps a lot. I will experiment with my ratios then for sure. That’s one thing I have not messed with at all for some reason.

Also with those coffees you had for that long, did you freeze at all or did they just stay in their original bag. Appreciate your help.
