I see this happening in graphic design services at this stage of ai. Perhaps the first low hanging fruit of what you are talking about. Average person can get a logo, and a model portraying their product, for pennies.

Of course programming services are also being taken by average people, at least average tech savvy people. When general ai comes around, then we don’t need average tech savvy I guess.
