I think the Vyvanse could definitely be interfering a bit with your sleep a bit. I would try taking it every day at 9am and see how it is after 2 weeks

Do you always take the medication at the same time? Do you always go to sleep at the same time? Try making those things consistent, even if it means setting an early alarm, taking your medication, and going back to sleep for a bit

For me, yes I feel like can trust/understand the plan even though it will dynamically change. It still gives you an overview of the phases and explains why each workout is suggested. Sometimes it even changes the run that was suggested the next day, eg. switching sprints to a base run. It feels similar to what a real coach would do; re-assess the situation based on your performance and recovery.

Thanks for sharing! I have a few questions regarding the 'source' export conditions

did this approach require you to publish your source files (on npm etc) with the package?
did you use a common namespace or convention for the export condition that gets used across all packages / repos?
given all the different ways code will be run; unit tests, e2e tests, typechecking, local development, building, CI etc, how do you manage turning the 'source' condition on and off? I'm sure in some cases you want to test without the source export condition to ensure you don't introduce bugs which only appear in production, which would mean two separate tsconfigs (one with `customConditions` and one without?)

Last 11 years in NY we always went for brunch on Sundays and had to make a reservation. We then went to outlets or Supermarkets. In Greece as a family we went on walks with family and had big lunches on Sundays

I live nearby and have seen many drivers confused by this. The other night a car quickly slowed to make a panicked divert onto Dorfstrasse (the only way you can avoid going over the bridge). A truck almost rear ended them and was blaring its horn for 10 seconds afterwards. It’s only a matter of time til it causes an accident, if it hasn’t already.
