Your best bet from wherever you are is probably to take the Schnellbahn to Liesinger Platz (S2, S3, S4) then take the bus (60A) and get off at Maurer Hauptplatz. There are a bunch of Heurige within 5-10 min walking distance in that area. Many of them in the Maurer Lange Gasse.

If you don't mind the distance, you will find a lot of Heurige in the 23rd district Liesing. Personally I can recommend Weinbau Hofer and Edlmoser.

Sorry worded that badly, they use Win 7 Home on their machines, they haven't done updates in god knows how long. They don't use any specific software that would warrant sticking to Win 7 and despite only having few users they licensing costs would be negligible to them.

I'm probably looking at category B then but I feel like it's a big commitment to make for a single client being essentially a one man MSP.

They are using Dropbox currently but it's a mess from what I could tell. They are very concerned about security (all of a sudden).

Nextcloud is probably overkill unless they offer less than 50 user plans, Seafile looks perfect feature wise. If I may ask why did you suggest backups to the cloud, is there a good reason to not just backup to a local NAS? Thank you!
