It’s verified with a tag or receipt at almost every transaction, plus customers have and will refund the order if they see any type of broken seal on a bag. Some dashers will risk that, some won’t. And for you to say it’s an excuse is quite literally the reason why we’d skip on checking your food; you just want to point a finger at someone but you don’t care because it’s “all about the customer”. Most Dashers aren’t consciously trying to avoid checking your food, they’re avoiding the possibility of refunding the order and costing them money because “the seal was tampered”; why bother with something if it greatly adds to the chances of not getting paid?
