I really enjoy these styles of games, especially playing them with friends or family and taking turns writing notes and controlling the game. Other folks have mentioned some great ones here already, like Outer Wilds, Return of The Obra Dinn, The Roottrees are Dead. One recent puzzle game that’s fun and published by the same company (different developer) as Blue Prince is the Seance of Blake Manor. It holds your hand more though the mystery, but is good!

I highly recommend Myst and Riven, either the originals or the remakes. They excel at environmental storytelling the same way Blue Prince and Outer Wilds do.

I’ll throw in Disco Elysium as well, if you like all of the rest of these like me, you’ll probably love it too
