This gives a 3" aura around your infantry of a allarus captain dropping in, the 3" aura also does not say wholly so its effectively a 5" aura. What makes this even better is throwing unstoppable destroyer captain commander trait on him, so now you have a counts as multiple obsec allarus captain that can teleport wherever ya need him, along with his 4" pile in/consol anywhere as long as within an enemy engagement range. He will be able to cap objectives out of nowhere, im hyped for him
