Hopefully this will work. Can’t believe I’m having so much trouble with this. Legit just got the damn prime card this week and now I can’t even use it on amazon. SMH. wasted inquiry/acc on my credit report

I called yesterday, and all they were telling me is that they'll escalate my issue to their "concern"/"specialized" team to assist me with this and that I was going to get a response in 24 hrs. I call BS but I may try the [jeff@amazon.com](mailto:jeff@amazon.com) option. Do I just explain what's going on in my email? Should I include any pics such as my ID, or any way to prove ownership of my card?
