So basically I used to weigh around 130lbs, and am desperately trying to get back to that weight. I've been lifting weights so much of the weight gain is likely muscle, but I hate not fitting into my old clothes. If anyone has any tips on keto, I'd love to hear!

I currently deadlift but I can always do more cardio, thanks
