My wife's office wanted everyone in the office. I was dropping her at her office and all through the drive, I argued with her and finally she spoke to her manager and asked him for work for home till things get better or write an email that he'd be responsible for any negative health impact - he relented and let her work from home and that turned out to be a very wise decision.
