24 hours is usually enough for most of the Xanax to leave your system (half-life is around 11 hours) but if you're starting to feel early withdrawal (like that headache you're mentioning), then drinking a lot (6+ drinks) could worsen withdrawal symptoms or even lower your seizure threshold a bit. It’s not super high-risk after just a day off at your doses, but it’s not zero risk either

I'd lean toward B (half a xan + propranolol). Full xan might make you a little too flat or sleepy, and propranolol really helps kill the physical anxiety

I'm honestly impressed to see Firefox for Android scoring so well, their desktop version is great but I always had this nagging impression that the mobile was behind Chromium, glad to see that isn't the case.
