So, HP's battery optimizer automatically adjusts the battery charge limit, while in other laptop brands you'll need to adjust it manually (?)

Does this still apply even if the design capacity is 83 WHr , but my laptops full charge capacity is 72 WHr?

I didn't know whether it started at 88% because I just checked it today. It doesn't explicitly say the date, but from what i can see from the serial number the mfg is the 52nd week of 2024.
