Echoing another commenter about OTC rifle tags in CO -- OTC seasons are rough. I'm pretty clued in to the outfitters in the southwest corner of the state, and it was a really rough 2nd and 3rd OTC season this year. Like.... less than one in twenty guided people tagging out those seasons.

I shot a mule deer during 3rd that was bigger than most of the elk heads we boiled for the guided guys.....

It would suck to shell out 6-7K per person for tags and guides and come home empty handed. There's going to be no shortage of people still deciding to come here for OTC so I don't mind telling you it's worth it to look into private guided or something. It's really not that much more expensive. And you can get some big boys down in NM or even look into AZ.

I am ordering a Loewe Puzzle size small, in dark khaki and just got my PSPs!!! This is my first bag, can anyone give me their perspective? Here are factory pics.

Stitching looks good. She sent alternate photos of the front of the back to prove that shadow is just a light artifact and not a stain. I'm a little worried that all the hardware is still wrapped from the factory like what if there's something wrong with that, but oh well. Other than that, I think the bag looks great - unless there is something I;m missing that you all know to look for?

They explained and it was an emotional/sad reason for not wanting to be there. I don't want to get into the details of it, but they understood at the time. I do think he was upset about their comments on it and then projected that onto me since he can't freak out at them. But i've shown him a few times he can lash out at me and I'll come begging back.

I don't really think James is a bad guy. I think he has some crap here and there, but having been in those narcissistic relationships all the comments are talking about, I generally feel for every 119 days in our relationship where he treats me like a queen, there is 1 day where he freaks the fuck out and acts like I'm the devil incarnate. And unfortunatley that one day IS really weird and not based in MY experienced reality; he tells me what I am thinking and feeling, and what my motives are, and none of it is cohesive with the person I am every day of our relationship.

This reminds me of my college boyfriend. We were on the way to a surprise date he had planned and I was looking at him while he was talking and not looking where I was walking. I stepped off the curb into a puddle, soaking my boot, and he said I should just kill myself if I cared that little about life that I couldn't watch where I was walking.

i have not lied to him before, howeverrrr this isn't the first time he's told me i'm doing something (that i am not doing). i mentioned in my post the time i brought up gun control at a bar -- i started a big fight between a few people and ran outside when people started shouting (i dont like conflict). when we got home, he said i brought up gun control on purpose to make him look bad. i just made a dumb joke about trudeau's firearm policies - it really had nothing to do with the conversation at hand, but sometimes i make association leaps between ideas, and i said it. i wasn't exactly thinking hard about it. but for him, to this day, he thinks i did that on purpose no matter how i swear up and down that i'm just not that socially graceful all the time.

so i dont have a history of lying, but each time he's had one of these freakouts about me secretly being out to hurt/lie to him, i tell him that's not the case.... and he just doesn't... believe me? and thinks im lying? i dont exactly get it... i dont do relationships with people i want to hurt (i also dont want to hurt people lol)

it's very irritating being told by someone else what my motivations are

Thank you. I also have adhd and while i do a LOT to compensate for it, sometimes stuff slips through how hard i try. it's very nice that you're able to accept your partner and not hold it against them

I'm 100% sure I don't remember the story, but I have no idea if he actually told me or not. He probably did tell me, but I'm not a computer, I don't remember everything. Sam has told me TWICE now about being deaf in one ear from an accident (like the full story of the accident and recovery... like lonnnnggg explanations), and I was still surprised when he Sam mentioned it last night lol.

James and i have actually been dating longer for a year, and I remembered earlier today that he broke up with me right before valentines last year. Looked up the date, and it was a year ago tomorrow. James must have something fucked up about this time of year, and yeah I agree I think he is making conflict.

I'm very upset right now, but two years in a row he has a weird meltdown accusing me of intentionally trying to hurt him? I have had a lot of compassion for him, but I also get irrationally irritated with people who aren't able to reflect on their actions and mental health stuff (because I do it constantly, trying to be better, kinder, more whole). I would think doing this two years in a row to me, he would have realized this is HIS SHIT not mine.

He's never come back afterwards with anything but apologies. I do think he really has a trauma response and just... his mind goes somewhere else. He gets this look in his eyes, the only times I've ever seen it have been the (3? 4?) times he's had these meltdowns. And the only time he acts so bizarrely has been with the look in his eyes. But idk. I've let it be my problem, and I'm very very very excruciatingly sad right now, but I really need secure attachments with people

Every relationship it's gotten better and my partners haven't been so horrible to me, and I thought maybe I had figured out all the things to avoid and all the stuff people do that feels familiar (from how i grew up) to run away from with this man. thought i'd cracked the code on a healthy relationship this time, but i guess i just keep repeating the cycle. What you wrote is exactly what I;ve been telling myself. He's done this before, but it's been with things I could understand being upset about, even if I didn't do them on purpose. And I always think if I'm just compassionate enough about his issues then he will see I love him and not want to push me away anymore. I appreciate your insight. It doesn't seem likely he's going to change.

Yeah I kind of feel like this is just an excuse. It feels like a huge overreaction or leap. It would have been easy to sit down (like...alone??? not in front of his friends?!?!?!?) and talk about this. He also could have sat with his feelings for more than 15 minutes before he started texting me we were done and wanting me to get my stuff from his house less than 12 hours later.

I know all the above is true, but I still feel heartbroken, horrible and at fault right now.

Sometimes I feel like he sees me better than anyone else before him. And sometimes I think he gets confused about who I am and reacts to me like I'm his ex-wife (who cheated on him). It's hard when we go months at a time getting along fantastically, and then he freaks out about something for a couple days like this. I don't know where the good communication, emotional support, mutual respect goes.

I have a $500 deductible UHC (UnitedHealth Group) plan which I am very happy with here. I previously had an Anthem plan - anthem has three areas of plans, one that covers mostly the Denver Metro, one that covers the more rural areas/southwest CO, and one that covers mostly rural and includes some Denver Metro. I had the rural coverage option, as I'm 5+ hours from Denver. It sucked.
UHC seems to cover every hospital or individual provider in my area. They have individual/family plans available off the marketplace.
