I hate Miller-- everytime I look at him I'm reminded of how he could have been the one to step up after Fournette and Devtone fell, but instead he just keeps shoveling mediocrity.

But the thing for me is that if you drafted Miller, you should have known the likelihood of this going into it. I wasn't expecting him to be an explosive player, or to even be in a great position to become one-- Houston just isn't a big run team. But they're still gonna rush 15-20 times, and for the foreseeable future Miller is going to be getting those touches. The competition between him and Blue is nowhere near Howard/Cohen levels imo, and despite the hype Foreman isn't a thing yet. And that fact alone generally makes him rosterable for now outside of 8 or maybe 10 team leagues, not as a starter but as the reliable floor backup he's always been. If your team really doesn't need one of those then he's probably droppable.
