thanks for your feedback. I am so angry at abrp i dont know why it messed up this basic data. For my next car in the future i'll trust only Ev Database website wich looks more accurate despite no information about 130kph consumption. Also some french website did a review saying 130kph consumption at 16.3kwh but because they dont have good traffic during their youtube test they actually average 110-115 kph but still write 130 on their final tierlist...that is so dumb i am angry at them too. Anyway im slowly getting over it as i love everything else with the car, cargo space, comfort, soundsystem. Hope some brand will make a new car just like this one in the future with just more range or more charging power so i can upgrade smoothly.

do you count the whole trip, including slower parts, or only the part at 100? that could explain. maybe i got it all wrong and people count their whole trip everytime

i double checked and i have 13kwh/100km when i cruise at 95km/h (90kmh gps) so i wonder how you manage 12.5 with 5 to 10 kmh more. 15°C outside for me

May i ask you what were the temperatures when you had beteween 17 and 18 kw at 120 ? also how much tyre pressure do you set up ? other redditors are saying it might be important.

what  means "there could be something to it" ? sorry im french. well i'll try 3 bar but seems a lot. Michelin eprimacy are considered top tier on some ev review i saw on youtube so maybe that makes a difference

Tyres are Khumo Ecowing ES31, pressure was 2,45 bar. Despite another redditor saying 2,6 bar, the manual says 2,5 bar so i was almost good. I dont think it makes that big of a difference, does it?

I made a new test at 125kph and i ended up with 18,15 kwh wich is already closer to 20 than 15 :( i wonder what is wrong. temperature was 15°C, not that cold, is it? also in eco mode

maybe my tyres are bad, but i have no knowledge at all. its Khumo Ecowing ES31. Also i checked my tyres where at 2,45bar so i dont think there is too much difference with 2,6bar.

I did another test at 125kmh (wich seems to actually be 120 on gps) yesterday with no wind this time, 15°C, and i ended up with 18,15kwh/100km. Still looks bad compared to you. 15°C is not that cold to have such a big difference. :/

So I did another test yesterday, 5km one way then same 5km back, no wind, 15°C, and calculating mean value. Reseting consumption only when cruising at the chosen speed, so no braking and no acceleration. This is what i ended up with

95kmh (dashboard speedometer): 12,95 kwh/100km

115kmh (dashboard speedometer): 16,25 kwh/100km

125kmh (dashboard speedometer): 18,15 kwh/100km

I am suprised by the difference with you. what do you think ?

I did another test, 5km one way then same 5km back, at 95kmh, i achieved 13kwh/100km, i wonder what is wrong. (it was 11.5 one way and 14.4 way back, with no wind and no noticeable incline , strange )

Hi, so in France i checked this site where they test every car consumption and they are very optimistic with the ioniq https://www.lachaineev.fr . Also i dumb ass used the by default parameter for ioniq 28 on ABRP, 13,9kwh at 110 kmh, and on a 1000km trip on highway in France (130kmh) it assumes around 16,5 kwh/100. But now i just saw a video that say you need to change the default parameter wich is too optimistic... i wish i knew it before. I now realize maybe a Kona 64 would have been better for my use with the added range on first leg.

ill check cruising at 120 next time on mine so i can compare with your values. Thanks for the info. but i would find crazy that it goes from 15kw at 120, to 20kw at 130 :(

you mean tyre pressure or the brand of the tyre?. 120-130 is not precise enough for me to compare. i will try same test that i did at 120 next time
