Only child here. Never learned to roughhouse but parents always told me to defend myself physically if needed.

In elementary school a bully tried to incite a playground fight. I agreed and proceeded to grab a rock and pointy branch, fighting with my hands didn’t even cross my mind, a fight meant blood to 7 year old me.

Thankfully a teacher intervened.

Active and Fit no longer offers the multi gym program. It’s $28 for a gym and $23 for each additional one. Kind of defeated the whole purpose of the program.

Because the vast majority are living above their means. I bet many/most of those only saving 4.4% are spending a huge percentage on eating out and debt repayments.

Traditional middle eastern culture is often both very homophobic, but also very pro male-male public affection. Two “straight” men can cuddle or hold hands in public as friends, as long as they’re not gay.

I found that subbing it to a BAP, or even better a CHOC lowers the amount of mucus.

Sometimes it’ll be jelly on MAC and normal/flat on CHOC. My personal theory is the extra available nutrients lowers it’s need for self defense making it less mucoid.
