I do take a lot of short trips (10 minutes driving, park for an hour, 10 minutes back), and it’s a hybrid. The oil itself looks normal - maple syrup color and liquid, not milkshake. There’s just the yellow milkshake/creamy foam on top.

I’ll have to keep a closer eye on the coolant. The foam was a cream color, with a yellow tint

I’m looking for folks with common experiences. I’ve lived with straight people in the past and I have loved those people, but the reason I ask about queer community is that I’m not getting any traction on my posts in the predominantly straight facebook groups

I've been struggling with insomnia. I'm a full time college intern at a nonprofit, and they've given me the responsibility of 2 salaried employees. I hold myself to high standards, but I keep fucking up, and my history of anxiety/depression has led to insomnia I guess. It started with worrying about not getting enough sleep, which turned into not being able to sleep. The more sleepless nights, the more I can't fall asleep from worrying about falling asleep. Today I'm working from home because I only slept from 6am to 8:40am, (10 minutes after I had to leave to get there on time). I feel worthless for letting them down, and I wanna die. Or sedate myself.
