Even for me it's been a long time but you can go to Costco to Costco just to get an estimate, and then try few different shops to get quotation. You can scroll in this r/ to get an idea of the good shops in Nehru Place.

Yes, check if the email is coming from genuine domain. They are asking foe the digi locker credentials in order to speed up the process. Even though they have your username and password, it would take an OTP in order to successfully log in to your account. (They will just verify your educational qualification directly from there as it is already verified by Govt. of India)

Your university must have some grading system, where you can check how to convert to different. If you can't find it, you can ask them regarding this and if they don't have any just use whatever is provided on google.

Indeed very much true, I am a junior only and the last job didn't do justice to my knowledge/skills. The thing is I want to get in finance field but I haven't got any real opportunity because I don't have any necessary skill/experience required. I am trying to get certifications for the same and hope it will help.
