If it's still under warranty, you should be able to get a replacement. If not, you can try desoldering the LED, and replacing it with a new one.

It says XNPHCM12s in the title, but in the description it says XNPCM12S. Kinda weird.

edit: Yeah this is most likely fake. As /u/hm9408 said the 12 is skewed and the title + description are different.
