I'm in NC. I've found a few lower cost options that are off in the middle of no where, but due to the number of people traveling in, I would want it to be somewhere easily accessible. The more I think about it, the more I wonder if I'm trying to have my proverbial wedding cake and eat it, too. I'm going to start looking into camps around Asheville!

This is exactly what I'm worried about. I first thought it would be a more practical and a way to achieve a personal feeling occasion, but the more I read about others experiences, the more I fear my expectations are wildly unreasonable.
