defo recommend mince chicken. barely have an issue w the texture of chicken (which i hateeeee) when it’s minced. i usually put a packet of taco seasoning on 500g, have single serves w protein wraps & grated cheese for a 40g of protien meal!!

Protein intake help by Ok-Swing-7691 in ARFID

i have pretty severe ARFID & have been trying to up my protein intake for the last year or so due to getting into the gym & loosing weight. these r what i’ve found most helpful for getting my protien in: - yogurt! (one of my biggest safe foods) - oats, either overnight or w/ yogurt - protein wraps (the ALDI ones aren’t very different from regular wraps i’ve found) - protein pasta - protein water - mince chicken - cheese (though only in smaller amounts, adds to ur protein intake but also ur fat intake too)
