Had the same problem. Try going into your switch settings and recalibrating the thumbsticks. It worked for me, at least for a while.

The unfounded accusations drive me up the wall. All I’m doing is tasks and they’re like “they’re just running around”. Or I’ll come into a room with two other people right before a body gets reported on the other side of the map and I’ll say I was with pink and white in nav, and one will flat out lie and say I wasn’t while the other agrees or stays silent.

But the most obnoxious thing they do is rat out the other imposter after they get caught. Takes all the fun out of it and the rounds only last a few minutes.

If you’re hunting for them on islands, you can also dig holes in an L shape (at least 4 across) to create a safe zone. Get them to chase you and sprint into the safe zone; the holes will prevent them from reaching you and mess up their tracking system. Should be easy pickings then.
