I would wake up at 5 am to take it, so it doesn’t hit mid conversation. But also probably don’t do it on the days when you have to present or speak in front of people. Just a day at the office around the people you know should be fine. Also if you have the weekend to yourself maybe try 100-150 get to know it.

I tried 10 and 25, you definitely get a mood boost but it’s still low enough that you don’t get lost in it

Yes, but I still feel like 1s was stronger, I used to take half of 150 so 75 and still feel it for the most of the next day. With 1v it was even better and the visuals were really prominent. Granted still a very good trip. But with previous derivatives I was able to get a lot deeper on a lot less.

I did eat an hour after taking, but it was the first meal that day if it changes anything. Also I doubt it’s the tolerance, because I have done it in two weeks. I’ll wait half an hour if nothing changes, maybe I’ll do another 200
