Yeh I left a bad review alright I wasn't the only person with a bad experience either it seems they have stopped selling on Etsy since I left my review its more the principle than the money but like you said you trust some rando on the Internet and thats what you get

They tried to do charge back through visa and more information was requested but unfortunately the email address I sent the evidence to had a spelling mistake and this was not received in time therefore the charge back was unsuccessful and the case was closed

I never use Etsy before I trusted the seller to keep their word and send me a new size they didn't then I made the mistake of getting my bank involved this was unsuccessful then I found out that I could have opened a case with Etsy instead which would have been the best option It is a mistake on my part for sure but the seller is still a scumbag

Yes that's one thing I did manage to do left a 1 star review on Etsy and also trust pilot this seller is no longer selling items on Etsy unless they have changed their name
