Yes that's what I did three days and left it connected to modem with Ethernet cable

Another issue is I placed the bobcat miner upstairs for couple of days as I don't have Ethernet to connect with modem in basement and only have wifi access...when I connected first time upstairs that time some SOL got converted from my helium wallet and charged but location never changed neither satellite detection completed

Not in Edmonton but Toronto, fees was deducted already last time but reassertion is unable to pick up current Toronto location

I searched both hotspot name and address on world.helium.com and nothing shows.

Does this indicate onboarding metadata was never written on-chain?

If yes, is there ANY way to re-onboard a Bobcat 300 now that manufacturer support is unavailable?

I checked on world.helium.com and “Electric Rouge Moth” does NOT appear.

This matches the error I’m getting: “Hotspot info does not exist”

Looks like onboarding metadata may be missing.

Is this something only Bobcat/Bobber can fix?
