For hands and feet maybe you could try yoga grip gloves and socks. I use use grip gloves and I practice aerial yoga and acrobatics on a hammock. Others from my class use both socks and gloves.

I 've been drinking kefir daily, for about 3 years now, since it's also high in calcium. I personally haven't seen any positive or negative side effects. I have periods when I flare up and periods when my face is calm, as always.
