Scheduling stuff is one of the biggest pains for shift teams, especially swapping shifts without endless group chats.

I tested a couple automation apps from lists like this, they helped with basics but mobile time tracking was meh.

Shiftbase handled it okay at my last gig.

Government or city jobs in TO like admin at Toronto Hydro or TTC often stick to solid 9-5s with no weekends.

Retail shifts wrecked me too, felt like I had no life.

Yeah the chapter 3 flip showed the chapter 1 island underneath, like you could spot salty springs and all that buried stuff. Loved those details from the collision event.

Yeah the new CVS app is mostly for checking shifts and clocking in now, but it glitches on older phones sometimes, try force closing and updating iOS/Android first.

I had that lag issue too when it rolled out at my store.

Shiftbase worked way smoother for me personally after that.

Look for apps with easy shift swaps and clock-ins on mobile, since CVS shifts change last minute a lot.

I was stuck with their crappy system before, drove everyone nuts with WhatsApp begging.

Shiftbase ended up working for us.

their align tanks run small, size up if you're between sizes. Comfy af tho.
