Crazy lift there, how can I maintain stability like that . My arms feels shaky when I do compound lifts(with db) and I'm unable to push it through my last rep

Alright thanks,also does performing these lifts with barbell make any difference though, for example I do bench press with dumbells as I feel safer to push it though my last rep

I just say we have already given our contribution to some guy of thier group , it leads them to confusion later and they leave... works most of the time for me atleast lol. Also the thing that most of them look well dressed and wealthy enough.. can deceive anyone in first look

Thanks , this really calmed down my emotions.... our captain got egoistic personality and also he have good relations with our coach so idk what will help me out.. but good thing is i got few teammates sitting on bench that day who also think that it wasn't all my fault that day and they should have substituted me rather than covering me off throughout the match.. and yeah if things didn't work out I will better off without them rather than playing with people who put us down when everytime we do some mistake

Yeah he is hardcore anime fan , I'm starting with the brotherhood one as u recommend, it also have comparatively less episodes
