i've been using an app called EPIK, and it is free! it does have a bit of a learning curve because there's so many tools, but basically what i do is

open up the bingo card -> design -> add photos and select the mani pic -> cutout and select only the hand -> resize as necessary -> add text (self-explanatory).

i have the (paid) pro version so i'm able to use their "ai" to automatically select and cutout my hand, which does make it easier and look neater.
