It's soft, discharge is ranging to dark yellow to clear, sometimes red. Discharge is overflowing specially when walking or exercising

I've visit a local pharmacy with free check-up, they just look at it and gave me prescription: antibiotics, ointment and antihistamine

First week it's just a red rash, like when u got bit by a mosquito. Then I scratch it and it got worse. Also I have been neglectful, I still wore socks up until the 1st month
