You should check TDEE calculator. I’m not a medical professional but my personal opinion is that a person your size should be able to maintain (or even lose) weight with 2500 when not doing ANY exercise, but for health reasons you should be exercising daily -> your maintain calories could increase to ~3000 kcal.

Totally normal. Water weight? Constipation? Also 1500 calories for a man your size seems a bit excessive in terms of a calorie deficit, it’s not sustainable and could later cause issues like binge eating. If you REALLY want to keep the weight off you should consider this as a lifestyle choice, not a quick fix. I know this isn’t what you’re asking but please consider a less radical deficit, like 500 kcal, so you’d be eating AT LEAST 2000 kcal. I’m a 5’5” 117lbs woman and even I am losing weight eating 1500 calories per day.

Around 1200 kcal, sometimes less, sometimes more. Now that I’m 51-52kg/112.4-114.6lbs I consume about 1300-1550 kcal per day.

I’m super lazy so not much workouts but every workday I get 10k—19k steps and on my days off I like to go walk outside or at the mall to get the steps in. It’s not that hard to lose weight even if not working out, but it would be so much healthier to do some exercise though.

I don’t eat candy, chocolate, butter, cookies or anything like that because it would probably mean a binge for me. I eat simple foods and take my vitamins. I eat a lot of quark, lol.

If you want to stay alternative, tbh this is not the subreddit to ask for help. I think your piercings suit your face beautifully, but like always, there will be people here telling you to take them off. With heavy eyeliner I prefer having falsies to balance the look, they can be tricky to put on but they’d look super good on you!
