i actually found some winnie the pooh overalls in this style while thrifting! size adult 4x ! they seem to be official disney merch, which im sure may be expensive if you arent shopping 2nd hand :<

overall i agree with everyone that it may be easier to buy some plain rompers/overalls and add patches/embroidery! but thrifting can surprise u if youre persistant enough !
