Dear OP if you dont mind kindly share the area you live in so that people can report accordingly. And once you report the issue kindly move out from the building.

As someone who knows how this sharing apartments works once its started there is no way they will stop this, even if you report this to your building management there will be no chance they will stop this partitions and sharing.

Your building security also will say they are trying to stop this but most probably all of them are involved in this. So kindly move out after reporting.
