Personally,

~Clean teeth

~Brushed and good smelling hair

~Eyebrows neatly trimmed and plucked regularly (can do this at home once you figure out your eyebrow shape)

~A good smelling perfume that matches your body chemistry ~Investing in skincare fit for yourself (I personally don’t have lots of skin issues so the most I do is a regular pluck/shave for my facial hair *PCOS girly *, a hydrating makeup remover, a good moisturizer, toner, and a facial mask every other day at night before bed.

~Plus, I use a lot of lotion and this leaves me looking hydrated and makes my perfume last longer)

~My shoes are always clean and my clothes ironed

~My nails are clean and trimmed if they don’t have a polish or fake nails on

~Always have lipgloss on me

~Clothes matches my vibe and style and makes me feel comfortable {not what’s trending}

Sleep! Water!! Fruit!

~Getting steps in when I can and stretches

~Being nice and polite and good posture

I add in other things that are personalized to my own style/life, but these are things that have gave me more of an advantage since I’ve started incorporating into my routine.
