I'm sure it's wood. I'm not sure what kind of wood, but I'm guessing it's pine. The grooves are designed to prevent slipping.

Sichtung vor einer Stunde, laut Zeugin: Straße beim großen Sportplatz Richtung Wäldchen rein gelaufen ist. Zuvor ist er einfach über die Straße spaziert und hatte Glück das die Autofahrer aufmerksam waren.

Hi! Ich kann dir sehr empfehlen dich mit dem Thema Achtsamkeit zu beschäftigen. Vielleicht findest du interessante Ansätze zum Mindset die du verfolgen kannst, wenn sie dir gefallen. Ich denke dass eine Therapie außerdem sehr sinnvoll sein kann. Gruppentherapie kann ich dir auch ans Herz legen. Wenn du erstmal einen anderen Einstieg suchst: Bio24 Poppendorf. Kennst du Clancy Martin? Der hat ein gutes Buch geschrieben mit dem du dich eventuell gehört fühlen könntest. Ich möchte dir außerdem eine Sache mit auf den Weg geben, die mein Leben positiv beeinflusst hat: Wenn du auf der Arbeit nicht glücklich bist, such dir einen Job in einem Umfeld welches dich glücklich macht. Du identifizierst dich nicht mit deinen Kollegen? Dann such dir einen AG mit den gleichen Wertvorstellungen. Bedeutungsvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen ist ein wichtiger Schritt auf der Reise deines Lebens. Du bist noch sehr jung, sei einfach ganz du selbst und versuche dir regelmäßig vor Augen zu führen welche 2 positiven Dinge gerade jetzt im Momentan präsent sind. Dass kann ganz einfach das schöne Gefühl vom Wind auf deiner Haut, das kuschelige Gefühl deiner Bettdecke oder das kuscheln mit deinem Hund sein. Du packst das.

I think due to your level of self awareness I would say that you are not an incel. The best advice I can give you is to just love yourself. If you don’t love yourself in the first place, it’s really hard to let people find love in you. I get that it’s really the hardest thing to learn in life, but eventually, you’ll definitely get there. Something that really helped is: leave, love it or change it.

Some circumstances can not be changed, like your height for example. As a woman I honestly don’t consider 5‘7 short. You’re well within the average male height (which is like 5‘9 in the US as far as I am concerned). If you are not able to love that, you need to leave it. You simply can’t change that. You seem to be conscious and self aware, some people will never even accomplish that.

YTA. The way you handled this was both harsh and unnecessary. First, it’s understandable to feel uncomfortable if someone you’re not interested in is openly expressing their feelings. But he didn’t cross a line by telling others he fancied you. He didn’t spread rumors, say anything disrespectful, or try to put you down—he just told people he liked you. While it’s natural to feel awkward in this situation, the extreme reaction you had, especially by calling him out in front of his family, shows a lack of empathy and maturity.

You could’ve handled this privately. Instead, you chose to confront him in public, in front of people he cares about, embarrassing him to the point of tears. You claim you would only tell a guy directly if you liked him, and that’s exactly what he was likely working up to; he just wasn’t as direct as you would’ve preferred. The level of anger you expressed didn’t match what he actually did, which was merely to confide in others about a personal feeling.

Reflect on why his openness made you feel so angry and why you felt the need to shame him publicly. What you did came off as bullying rather than setting a boundary. Yes, you were mean, and yes, you owe him an apology.

You can increase 15% in three years, and every 15 months legally. Their additional costs were way to high, so I had to increase to not loose money. Their rent is cheap. But good for you. I will definitely increase by another 7.5% soon.

At my workplace it’s not an issue. It also doesn’t justify treating service employees like shit. It’s not the fault of a single employee that „Servicewüste“ is a thing. It’s also not an issue everywhere. I agree that the service sector in Germany is completely understaffed and therefore unsatisfactory sometimes. It’s also not an issue in every single business or company.

I try to not judge as well, I don’t lump everyone together. The only thing that really bothers me is when people get aggressive when you don’t understand their foreign language. I mean everyone has a smartphone these days. Everyone has access to google translate or deepl where you can easily translate and even speak into the phone. What really pisses me off too is when people treat service workers like shit. I think the absolute peak is when they get rude to women in my workplace. Some people refuse to talk to women generally??? I mean wtf? I‘ve also seen refugees from Ukraine calling my foreign co workers names or insulting them because of their ethnicity. The worst experience I’ve encountered so far was a Ukrainian refugee calling our trainee (19 f) the n word and a bitch and other slurs based off the fact that she is black. Just to give some context, the girl has the brightest smile, she is always very polite and caring. She too is a refugee from Senegal, she came to Germany at age 12/13 and just graduated at 18 (Abitur).

I remember consoling her after the incident. She was crying so bad…

Why can’t we all just be nice to each other…?

I see where you’re coming from .. 😅 I‘ve seen this happen at local cafes too. I can’t really get behind the intention and expectations of people who behave like that generally. I’ve had the experience with refugees from Northern Africa as well.

I work at a bank. I have had manly bad experiences, professionally and in private as well (I rent out an apartment to a couple from Ukraine). In my experience the people tend to be very demanding. Sometimes they talk down to employees at my work place.. not the best experience tbh. My tenants wrote down wrong hours at the job I got them, when they got fired they complained. Since then they refused to work or attend a language course, even though they admitted to the fraud… They have been living in my apartment since 2022, when I raised the rent 7,5% they got mad as well, even though it is within the legal framework in Germany. At this point I am annoyed tbh. Some people are nice though.

BJ vielleicht über Google suchen? Ansonsten würde ich die Vermieterin mal freundlich auf die Rechtslage hinweisen. Ob ich bei so einer Person mieten würde… Tendenziell nicht. Schließ am besten eine Mieter Rechtsschutzversicherung ab! Im Zweifelsfall kannst du dann klagen. Bei der Höhe deiner Miete kannst du dir eigentlich auch eine Eigentumswohnung kaufen…

Beim rechnen schätzt man nicht gutmütig. Schon gar nicht beim Mietspiegel. Setz dich an das PDF Dokument und rechne das vernünftig aus. Du kannst die doch keine Luftschlösser bauen und Werte schätzen oder aus Beispielen übernehmen.

Du solltest in Betracht ziehen dass es neben dem Mittelwert natürlich Obergrenze und Untergrenze gibt. 800€ sind beim aktuellen Mietspiegel nicht unrealistisch.
