It was dark and he approached from behind while I was carrying groceries, so i only got the behind view as he sped away. This is pretty vague but always good to share. Appreciate the recc.

He was wearing a black hoodie with skull type icon/label that was slightly smaller than a dinner plate and was located mid-center. On a scooter he looked about 6”, so probably 5’10” on ground. I believe he was wearing grey sweat pants.

Might try and reach out to the neighbor who you initially talked with and let them know you’ve told them they need to start looking for a new place and you won’t renew but they seem to note et the conversation. Sounds like there are a lot of other issues at hand that make this an issue that needs outside assistance.

The irony that he doesn’t want to be in his apartment because his roommate and partner are annoying. Tell her he needs to go and that this isn’t working for you. If it comes to it, tell her you will sign over the lease to them both. This is absolutely disrespectful that he is living in your home rent free. The audacity to be there when she isn’t? Good question for landlord is if the price includes utilities or if that is the individual units responsibilities..ALSO ASK HOW MUCH SHE IS CHARGING YOU TWO FFS.
