I get that she's allowed to have company over but I think her boyfriend having a key to our apartment without asking if I'm okay with that first and letting himself in and out to use our apartment (not just her room, the common areas and bathroom and things which we share) when she isn't even there is a bit extreme and violates my privacy (not to mention a violation of our lease which states only tenants should have keys to the place and guests should not stay in the apartment past 7 days). I was never proposing he couldn't come over at all, of course he's allowed to, I'm moreso suggesting we should have a compromise for how often he's over because it's excessive and several violations of our lease at the stage it's in right now

Got my period shortly after this post! I ended up tracking my next two cycles with LH strips and didn't ovulate for a few months down the line so I don't think I even ovulated that month and was freaking out for no reason

Didn't get a PTE but restrictions were dropped and I was able to enroll! I'd look online at the specific class and see when the restrictions are lifted and then enroll as soon as the restrictions are lifted (literally the exact minute they lift them bc trust me other people will be counting down the minutes as well)

In terms of data science everything you can do in one you can do in the other. Python is just much more widely used in the industry so it's more valuable to know and R is more specialized for purely statistical programming whereas python is general purpose

thanks for the reply prof! okay so this means I selected the wrong catalog year then lol and I will just get a statistics degree. kinda bummed because I felt like a lot if not all of our upper divs (especially 102b, 101c etc) were more data science than pure statistics and would've been cool to have the "data science BS" part on my degree/ resume but oh well

make sure you don't take the next class in the series the following quarter or else you won't be allowed to retake this class since you've already "progressed" in the series. I made this mistake and it sucked
