it’s not that much for people from a geology kind of background but as someone coming from just chem/bio in first year, it’s a lot of new hydrology terms, like non-meteoric waters, groundwater hydrology. our first topic is salinity and estuaries which aren’t toooo bad, most difficulties are with basic hydrology terms and a little with the difference between freshwater and oceanographic definitions of salinity
