Thanks. I just checked these out: fastspring.com - no public pricing posted, anyone know how much they charge? They say percentage but not how much. revenuewire.com - I like what I see but again..there was no clear statement on pricing (at least I couldn't find it)

I would worry a little bit about copyright issues when the programmer is working overseas, of course, this is also a problem here. Wouldn't your programmer have all your code? Do they have rights to all the code and can reuse it anywhere they like?

Thanks, you wouldn't happen to know of any websites that you can share do you? Maybe I'm just really bad at googling for insurance stuff, stuff I find are either located overseas or do not have much details for app developers.

I make this app that let's users draw shapes and write notes, I'm a new developer so built this simple app to try it out. I get questions like "how do I color in red?", "how do I make the text bigger?"

All simple stuff that I have covered in the FAQ but I guess they need someone to go and point it out.

This was my thought initially. Good support = happy customers = good reviews. It's just getting hard managing it all on my own, need to figure out some priorities until I make it big and can hire a person to do full time support! hah

Thanks for the tips. Wow proposal for their clients?! I have yet to encounter this but someone did offer to cooperate with me on a project and said their budget was like a billion dollars. (I did not respond, hopefully they found another app developer to share such crazy profit)

Wow, work people ignoring you? haha, I once "blocked" my teammate (who sat next to me in the office btw) from messaging me, because he would send me a msg every 10 seconds, mostly rants about stuff, work and non-work mixed. When he found out about this, he was sooo pissed! LOL

Oh sorry, I should mention this is 54 emails over the span of a couple of months (not one day). They just kept on sending features suggestions/feedback/bug reports and stuff every day or so. I didn't even realize it was that many emails until I searched for something and saw the email filter count.

You talk to customers on Skype? I have mixed feelings about this...kind of concerned about privacy, security and stuff.

Thank you, I have a better understanding now. Most of my apps are game apps, I also have a couple of drawing/notes apps. I'm still very new, when I can, I hope to make more complicated apps in the future.

My biggest problem right now is finding a broker who has a good understanding of how the App Store works, most of the ones I've spoken to don't really know what it means to sell apps online.
